Two Foundations ~ One Fundraising Goal
2019 Fundraising Goal: $50,000
Our 2019 financial need-based scholarship goal is to raise and distribute $35,000. Additionally, we would like to raise an additional $5,000 for teacher development and $10,000 for technology needs.
2019 Fundraising Goals: Where are we at?
The ACT-Foundation donors raised over $24,000 for the Alex C. Teves Memorial Scholarship Fund. On June 1, 2019, Humanex Foundation supplemented an additional $6,000 to award ten Humanex Academy families $30,000 in Scholarship awards! We look forward to raising additional funds to help meet the financial needs of new Humanex Academy families in Spring 2020.
We met our Technology goal of raising $10,000. As of June 22, 2019, we replaced all the Humanex Academy staff computers and provided partial funding for student audiobooks for Fall 2019 and Spring 2020.
We look forward to seeing what Teacher Development programs we can fund in 2019-2020!
